3. Payment Terms

  • Payments for recurring services are due monthly or as per the agreed terms.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

  • Failure to notify within 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Service Guarantee

We are committed to providing high-quality services. If you are unsatisfied with our cleaning services, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will return to rectify any issues at no additional cost.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Clients must ensure that the premises are accessible and safe for our team members.

  • Any items that could pose a safety risk should be removed before our cleaning team arrives.

  • Yaran Cleaning Services is not responsible for any damage caused by clients’ failure to comply with these guidelines.

7. Liability

  • While we take every precaution to ensure your property is treated with care, Yaran Cleaning Services will not be held responsible for any pre-existing damage or issues not identified prior to the service.

  • Clients are responsible for securing valuable or delicate items before cleaning.

8. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy. Any personal data you provide will only be used for the purpose of processing your service requests and payments. We will not share or sell your information to third parties.

9. Termination of Services

  • Yaran Cleaning Services reserves the right to terminate a service contract if the terms and conditions are violated or if we encounter unsafe or hazardous work environments.
